ACES Khobar Wins the KFUPM Business Park Contract in Dhahran

ACES Khobar has been recently awarded the contract to conduct geotechnical investigation, geophysical survey and topographic survey for the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) Business Park in Dhahran, KSA. The contract was awarded to ACES Khobar by Dhahran Techno Valley Investment Company (DTVIC).

The business park is located in a strategic location near Saudi Aramco and will consist of residential towers, offices, hospitality centers and research parks. The park will be executed in three phases and is expected to house engineering, IT, and construction companies working with Saudi Aramco.

ACES Khobar scope of work includes drilling of twenty-seven (27) boreholes to depths ranging from 30-40m (Including SPT) Pressuremeter test and piezometer installation. Additionally, the project scope will include geophysical logging including Multi-channel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW), down-hole seismic testing and topographic survey.
