ACES Doha has a Fantastic Beginning in 2012

ACES Doha had successfully completed the soil investigation works for Mesheirib properties (Dohaland) which is considered as one of the most prestigious and major projects in the state of Qatar. The works were executed in three different periods as the phases 2 & 3 carried out during the second and third quarter of the year of 2011 while the last phase was started on Nov. 2011 and just completed early of Feb. 2012. The client of this major project is Mesheirib properties and the consultant for phases 2 & 3 is Buro happold-Uk and Ramboll engineering-UK for phase 4. The proposed structures will be up to a maximum height of 6 to 20 storeys, with 4 to 5 level basement covering the majority of the site for retails, residential and hospital in addition to deep metro station box and platform within phase 4.The works were comprised from drilling of more than 120-boreholes with varying depths from 40m to 100m, excavating of more than 35-trial pits, packer permeability tests, falling head permeability tests, full wave sonic (FWS) and high pressure dilatometer (HPD) in addition to laboratory testing of soils and rock including environmental testing.

ACES Doha has been awarded the Dukhan Road (East Contract) project for construction material testing and site quality control on Jan 2012. Saudi Bin Laden and Qatari- Diar Joint Ventured project planned for 36 months, which includes bridges, tunnel and Asphalt Road works.

Samsung Engineering & Construction Group signed a contract with ACES DOHA on Feb 2012 for the Lusail Development - CP3A, Phase 2, Bridges 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 & 9 project, includes six bridges, ACES’ scope is Soil, Concrete and Asphalt testing with site quality control.

ACES Doha has been awarded construction material testing for the Prestigious Doha Festival City Project on Jan 2012. The client is M/s QACC / AMANA joint Venture.

ACES Doha has been awarded Construction of College of Media and Communication for Qatar Foundation on Jan 2012, by Local Hamad Bin Khalid Contracting Co and Turkish REC Intl Joint Venture, which includes construction material testing soil, steel, concrete, and Asphalt and site quality control for concrete as well. The project is planned for 22 months.

ACES Doha has been awarded Helipads Project - construction of 10 Helipads around Doha, by Tedeschia Construction Enterprises on Jan 2012, which consists of quality control and construction material testing, soil, concrete and Asphalt, this project is planned for12 months.
