ACES Amman Completes Site Investigation & Geotechnical Evaluation for Garraf Light Oil & Gas Pipeline in Iraq

ACES - Amman, successfully completed the site investigation and geotechnical evaluation for development of
Garraf Light Oil & Gas Pipeline at Garraf / Iraq. The client M/S PETRONAS CARIGALI HOLDING B.V, expressed its
appreciation for the efforts made by  ACES  to complete all the field works, Lab. testing  and reporting  in time.
The project consists of drilling one hundred and nine (109) boreholes and two hundred and four (204) test pits
along the proposed pipeline  route approximately  103.0km long with  collection of disturbed and  undisturbed
samples. Majority of the route (70%) runs  along cultivated areas, close to existing track roads, crosses many
irrigation channels  (small and large), the manmade  third  river (60.0m wide), two highways, desert area  and
Euphrates river (120m wide).
