ACES maintains a large variety of land and marine subsurface exploration equipment. ACES has more than 150 drill rigs distributed among the sister companies. This is one of the largest geotechnical drilling fleets in the Middle East.

ACES drilling rigs are mounted on different types of carriers to allow access to virtually any condition on land or water (see table below). Various drilling and sampling techniques are used including rotary conventional and wire line drilling, hollow and solid auger drilling, percussion drilling, SPT sampling, Pitcher sampling and Shelby tube and piston sampling. Depths of up to 1000m are achievable using some of ACES rigs.
