Arab Center for Engineering Studies “ACES”, was formed in 1983 by Dr. Izz Eddin Katkhuda and Dr. Omar Abdulhadi as a limited liability private share holding company. The two partners are registered “experts” by the Jordanian and the Arab Engineering Associations in the fields of Geochenical Engineering and Testing of Construction materials.
